Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened yarn in its original condition. Please ensure the ball bands are intact to receive a full refund.
Are all the balls of yarn from the same dye lot?
We always endeavor to pick your yarn from the same dye lot. If we cannot fulfill your order with matching lots, we will contact you before shipping.
